This page explains what personal data we collect when you visit mbkj.dev, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.
Who we are
The controller of your data is MBKJ EAS (Paraguayan tax ID / RUC 80120149-7), based in Asunción, Paraguay.

What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, your email and, if you fill them in, your company, the service you are interested in and your message. We do not store them in a database: they are emailed to our team and you receive a confirmation copy.
- Support chat, only if you accept cookies: the messages you write and any details you choose to give us, such as your name or email. The chat runs on Live Helper Chat at support.mbkj.dev and, once loaded, stores a visitor id to keep your conversation and show us that you are on the site.
- Spam protection: when you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical data from your browser and your IP address to check that you are a person.
- Analytics, only if you accept it: with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity we record which pages you visit and for how long, what kind of device and browser you use, your approximate location (country or city, inferred from your IP) and how you interact with the page (clicks, scrolling). Clarity may produce session recordings and heatmaps; whatever you type in forms is hidden.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider keeps your IP address, the date and the requested page in its access logs, for security and to diagnose faults.
What we use it for
- Answering your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: your own request and steps prior to a possible contract.
- Protecting the site and the form against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
- Measuring and improving the site with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Helping you through the support chat. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data or use it for personalised advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and your browser’s local storage. The necessary ones always work; the analytics and support chat ones only if you accept them in the cookie notice.

To change your choice, use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics and chat cookies, and the page reloads without those tools.
Who we share it with
- Google LLC (Google Analytics), United States: only if you accept analytics.
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity), United States: only if you accept analytics.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile), United States: spam protection.
- Our hosting and email provider, which hosts the site and delivers the form’s emails.
We only disclose data to an authority when the law requires us to.
Transfers to other countries
Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare process data in the United States. For visitors from the European Union, those transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which all three companies are certified, and on their standard contractual clauses. For visitors from other countries, they are made with your consent or under the contractual safeguards those providers offer.
How long we keep it
- Form and chat messages: for as long as the conversation and any business relationship last, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. If no business relationship follows, we delete them after 2 years at most.
- Analytics: up to 14 months in Google Analytics. In Microsoft Clarity, recordings last 30 days and aggregated data up to 13 months.
- Server logs: as long as our hosting provider sets, usually a few months.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to receive it in a format you can take to another service, and to withdraw your consent to analytics, without affecting anything done before. Write to privacy@mbkj.dev: we answer within the time limit set by the law that applies to you.
You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country: for example, the supervisory authority of your EU country, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Argentina), the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (Uruguay) or the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Brazil).
For visitors from Argentina: the data subject may exercise the right of access to their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
Minors
This site is meant for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If the change affects what the cookie notice asks you, we ask you again.
